All TeaRistas are responsible for reading all of the information contained herein and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement.
All TeaRistas enter into this agreement as independent contractors and shall continue to be, an independent contractor. Under no circumstances shall the TeaRista consider Sip Happens to be an employer, nor a partner. TeaRistas shall have no authority to act in the name of or on behalf of Sip Happens or to bind Sip Happens to any contract or agreement or any other arrangement whatsoever. TeaRistas are not entitled to any benefits including, medical or disability insurance, 401k contributions or pension plan. Workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, vacation or sick pay.
The purpose of this agreement and the policies herein, is to define the relationship between TeaRistas and Sip Happens. All TeaRistas are required to comply with this agreement as well as with all federal, state and local laws governing the TeaRistas business activities.

1) All TeaRistas are bound to all rules or regulations regarding the sales of our Teas & Accessories. Any TeaRista who completes an account to join MUST be 18 years of age or older and states acceptance of the age requirement. Entering into this agreement and contract states you do hereby confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Multiple accounts per household are allowed however only one account per person of age is allowed. Duplicate accounts will not be approved.
2) TeaRistas are allowed to refer other TeaRistas & will earn eligible
compensation based on those efforts.
3) TeaRistas may NOT represent any competing company in regard to similar products if such company focuses primarily on Loaded Tea products.
4.) No personal activity for 3 calendar months beginning the month after you join will result in the TeaRistas accounts becoming inactive. Personal activity is defined as either a personal order or a customer order. Inactive accounts will show as a "BLOCKED" status and will not be eligible to rejoin for 90 days from the date of inactivity.
Requests for accounts to be closed will not be eligible to rejoin for 6 months from the date the request is made.

5) TeaRistas make no claims or promises in regard to earnings or commissions in any forms of advertising or means to recruit.
6) ALL SALES are FINAL. Sip Happens does NOT offer refunds! Due to the nature of an affiliate-based company commissions are paid on orders and cannot be retracted once paid. TeaRistas are responsible for their own refund policy regarding sales from personal inventory.

7) Loaded Teas & Accessories may NOT be sold for LESS than the listed prices on the website while operating as an active TeaRista. Selling any item for less than the listed website prices will result in account closure and termination. TeaRistas may offer purchase incentives such as free shipping or buy 1 get 1 free. As long as the actual price of an item is not discounted incentives are allowed. TeaRistas are allowed to give away items of their choosing for games, incentives and other giveaways of their choosing. Giveaways do not need to be Sip Happens related or Sip Happens products.
** LOGO USE **
The Sip Happens LOGO is prohibited from use without prior approval from Sip Happens Corporate. To request approval, the IMAGE requesting approval must be submitted by email. To submit a request for an approved image please send your request and a picture of the image to siphapps@gmail.com

9) Sponsorship. - TeaRistas are allowed to sponsor other TeaRistas and are entitled to overrides in commission in exchange for leading, teaching, mentoring, and providing a level of support to ALL personally sponsored TeaRistas and those TeaRistas sponsored by other TeaRistas that fall within your downline. IF AT ANY time a sponsor falls short of their responsibilities commission overrides may be forfeited. If a TeaRista feels she is not being given the tools, training and support she needs to thrive and succeed within the company the TeaRista may request a change of sponsorship. PLEASE NOTE - A change of sponsorship can be requested ONCE in the lifetime of the active TeaRista.

Upon requesting a change in sponsorship if a TeaRista has sponsored a team under her, her team will automatically change sponsorship with the approved request change. All requests must be submitted by email to siphapps@gmail.com a valid reason for sponsorship change must be stated in the email. Please note that all requests may not be approved and do not require approval of the current upline.
10) Under no circumstances are TeaRistas allowed to rebrand any Sip happens products! Rebranding or implying Sip Happens products are your own brand will result in account closure & termination.
11) ALL TeaRista's are required to complete a W9 within 3 business days of joining Sip Happens. If the W9 is not received the TeaRista's account will fall into a "BLOCKED" status and the TeaRista must email siphapps@gmail.com to request an unblock and complete the W9 within 24 hours. Failure to complete the W9 will result in account termination.
12) Requesting your Sip Happens account be closed terminates this agreement immediately upon request. Requested closure of accounts will not be eligible to rejoin for a period of 6 months. Requests must be submitted by email to siphapps@gmail.com
13) Inactive accounts require a period of 3 months to be eligible to rejoin.
14) If you terminate the Agreement and your earned commissions exceeds the Payment Threshold of $5.00, we will pay you your earned balance within approximately 45 days after the end of the calendar month in which the Agreement is terminated, any earned balance below the Payment Threshold will remain unpaid.
REFUSED ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING ALONG WITH THE SHIPPING CHARGES WHICH ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
All TeaRistas will receive an immediate 40% discount on purchases. A 40% commission will be received on website orders and will be paid within 24/48 hours of payments being deposited into the company account. Payouts are not paid out on Saturday's or Sunday's and may be delayed in the event of a holiday. TeaRistas will earn 10% on their first level referrals. 8% on their second level referrals 5% on their 3rd level referrals and 3% on their 4th level referrals.
11) ALL TeaRista's are required to complete a W9 within 3 business days of joining Sip Happens. If the W9 is not received the TeaRista's account will fall into a "BLOCKED" status and the TeaRista must email siphapps@gmail.com to request an unblock and complete the W9 within 24 hours.
