Shipping Policy

At Sip Happens, we know our customers are the heart of our business! We value each and every customer and strive to process and ship out orders in a timely manner.  Our goal is to ship most orders within 3-5 business days after they are placed. Business days do NOT include weekends or Holidays!

(Our current times are running 10-14 business days) We will update this policy when we are back to our regular TAT. 

However, we do not guarantee that all orders will be processed and shipped within this time frame. Occasionally, delays may occur due to issues that are out of our control. These may include... 

Large Volume Orders/Wholesale Orders
High Order Volume 
Supply Chain Issues/Back Ordered Products 
Staff Shortages 
Mechanical or Technical issues 

We will always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and will strive to keep our affiliates and customers informed of any issues and delays.  

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and keep you informed of any delays.

Order Processing Time

Please note: All orders begin processing the day AFTER the order is placed and are not processed on the weekends. Therefore, if an order is placed on a Friday the first business day for processing will not be until Monday.
